Push on every wall you can. We've been looking at 5ers, and there were 2 that were bone-dry after several days of rain totaling over 2", because the LEAK HAD BEEN REPAIRED. But the rot was left behind. I would prefer to look at RVs in the sunshine, so that any irregularities in the outside walls due to delamination will be more apparent? Also makes the interior brighter so any flaws in the wallpaper are more obvious.
