All very good points. Check the Tires and dates. They will have numbers on the tire like 09, for example, if the 5er has been sitting awhile. You can check on-line at any tire dealer website,(Goodyear, Michelin to name a couple)to review for dates on the tires and codes. It is recommended to change tires after five years of use.
DO not let the dealer rush you through your inspection and checks, maybe trying to hide something. You should also sit down in the trailer like you would be living in it, to get the feel of the trailer and if you would like live in the trailer. All of this is before you agree to Purchase the 5er.

PS. I didn't ask are you looking to buy used or new? A lot of what i added is if you are looking at a used but can apply to new.
