We just bought a used toyhauler from CW. They made us give $2800 deposit other than that the sales experience went very well but I was very dissatisfied with ourPDI. They basically just asked us what we wanted to know. They did not have water or sewer hooked up and you could not even put out the awning. Any questions were answered with I don't know. We currently own another RV so know what to look for but it would not be good for a new Rv owner. The microwave did not work and they did replace it.
