What hose is needed to convert to 100 lb Propane tank

We currently have two 30 lb tanks in our 5th wheel but this winter(5 month stay) we would like to switch to using a 100 lb tank and have a local service come to us for refilling. What is the simplest ...

This is what my propane dealer did when I lived on our property while the house was being built. They even sett up the long hose to connect to the regulator.
