If I had each as options on a new RV I was having built I would not have either.
My wife would love a fireplace but at a $900 up charge I would rather have the storage space and use portable electric heaters.
Also for the extra $$$ i will stick with the 4 point hydraulic leveling system, pretty easy for me to add a block or two to level side to side then adjust front to back. I then know it is perfectly level since I have calibrated my levels with a laser. The auto levels are not always level and just another thing to go wrong.
Options make the world go round.
