Go travel trailer. The woods around here are full of them. My current 30ft trailer has seen far more gravel and dirt than pavement without any issues. If I was to go smaller it would be Jayco (Idaho build) or Lance.

I've had know problem getting my trailer where I want it unlike the fifth wheels I've had.
