what should and shouldnt be ok for a v6 to tow?

hey you guys. I'm looking to dive into rv lifestyle, and I'm hoping to be able to find a v6 manual transmission pickup to do the job of towing a toy hauler...from what I've seen so far on the market, ...

DSteiner51 , are you double towing? It looks like in that second picture you are towing a motorcycle, or something, behind your trailer? If so, It seems you have a hitch attached to your frame, and I am curious about the drag, etc. when double towing. That seems to be a lot for a V6?
