What would you buy...

I'd have to look around. $100K can buy a lot of defects. A perfect RV is very rare.

I'd buy a 35' Great Dane or Fruehauf reefer trailer with air ride and diesel refrigeration unit, build the front 15' into an RV, leave the rear 20' as a cargo garage, and build a folding 16' ramp on the rear.

A super insulated, super heavy duty toy hauler with awesome air conditioning! :b

I'd pull it with a 2000-2002 International 4900 4x4 crew cab with DT530E and Allison MD3560, 23K Spicer rear with air ride and diff lock, 190" wb, air ride cab, 35K GVWR.

I had a good look at the Heartland RV's. I liked one that had a rear bathroom, with just a toilet and sink. It has a full bath up front over the hitch, but this is handy if the kids are in riding gear, and you don't want sand in the RV.

It also had optional pair of 100 gallon fresh water tanks. Yes it takes a really strong truck to pull a trailer with a pair of 800 pound fresh water tanks, but you said you have a strong truck!

Cute? One of the best looking rigs out.

A DRV LX455. 100K wouldn't quite pay for it but would cover most of the price.

Grand Design Momentum, in fact we are shopping for one right now.

Yes, they are cute. I've always like them.

I would only spend $50K of it on a hualer and invest/save the other $50K.
