I'd stop looking at "empty" or "dry" weights altogether....It's numbers that don't mean a lot. I would use the 5er's GVW of 15,500#...though you may never load it to that much, one just doesn't know until 5er is loaded and weighed...
Lot's of people towing heavy 5er's around with 3/4 ton trucks, that being said, it doesn't make it right or safe...BUT, also most don't use the trucks GVWR, though I do, (figure the more buffer I have, the better and if I want to go heavier, I've got the truck for it:)). A lot use the trucks RAWR (yours being 6200#...weigh the truck, ready to go camping, fuel tank full, DEF tank full, children, pets, "whatever" and see how much weight you have on the rear axle, (drive axle)...I don't know what that'll be , but if you don't mind loaded heavy, you can go from there...ie, if drive axle is 3200#, you have 3,000# available for pin weight of the 5er...I'm not going to do that, but a lot do and it's ok with the law.
If you load the 5er to 14,500# (1,000# under the 5er's GVW), it could have a pin weight around 2800 to 2900#.
I doubt you're going to get rid of a 2013 truck, so I'd go to a CAT scale and get your truck weighed and go from there.
I'd prefer a 3500 SRW truck, it would do it, but again, though I don't recommend it, a lot of people are towing heavy with their 3/4 ton trucks...I personally think it's safer to tow within a trucks limits instead of "pushing their limits"....
