What's the difference between regular and light 5th Wheel?

1/2 ton towable is a joke. The manufacturers use the highest towing number from the truck manufacturers which is based on a stripped model and then they use the dry weight of the trailer. I have yet to see anyone at dry weight or a base model truck.

A "Lite" model usually is built cheaper, lighter frame, lighter furniture, lighter weight tires and CHEAPER. Quality usually comes with weight.
