Yes they do. But also they pull in/out of places where not likely to have somebody block their view. I rural areas they often own their vehicles Asked a few why they don't buy RHD, instead of the awkward way they drive. Doing anything else with pickup is too hard. I bought a retired PO delivery vehicle, did not like it for transportation. - buckyExplorer II

Of course, they need access to the passenger side a couple hundred times a day making the trade off worth it.
