The OEM Manuals give excellent advice on service intervals and product specifications. I use the Dexter Axle grease specifications plus the Al-Ko Dropping point -as my experience is that bearing failure is a potential if the grease breaks down from heat....the high dropping point with good consistency prevents high temp breakdown of grease. Currently I use Lucas Red-n-Tacky grease.
