Headed out of town on vacation and in my side mirror I notice the wheel on driver side front axle of my Toy Hauler is sticking out about 5 or 6 inches beyond the fender! I immediatly pull over and fin...

I would say it was an outer bearing that went bad and things self destructed after that.
Seen that many times over the years. Hope they changed the drum/bearings/complete brake assembly and checked the other wheels as well. if not, that should be on your list when vacation is over.
Giant in Murrieta is one of the dealers we have shopped recently, thats a huge plus for their service.
Everything but the spindle was replaced.
