Well, we finally ordered our H2 Wheelchair Accessible 28 foot Dunesport Toy Hauler last night. It was our Valentine's present to each other haha. The lead time is 12-14 weeks so we are hoping to spend our 3rd anniversary taking a trip to Arizona to pick it up. I must say, our sales rep was outstanding. I bombarded him with daily emails with many questions and concerns. He took his time and answered each and every one of them. Placing the order with him last night was very painless and quite enjoyable. This was probably one of the best customer services experiences I've ever had. I just hope and pray that the positive experience will transfer over to the camper itself. Thanks for all the support and ideals! I'll keep you guys updated as the next three to four months go by.
