I had a request via email from my salesman to call them at my earliest convenience a few days ago. When I called I was transferred to upper management. After hearing some back story on why they are running late and listening to upper management take full blame for the breakdown of communication and allowing us to fall through the cracks we determined that as of right now we are slotted to be completed on July 16th. He is optimistic that it might be done a week or so earlier but we won't know anything more definite until mid June. However, this is what made things a little better for me...he stated that if it gets to the point where we can't pick it up, in order to make this right, they would either meet us where ever we wanted (halfway or where ever) or they could deliver it for half cost. Atleast they are willing to try to make things better. We are still wanting to go pick it up as this was going to be our two week vacation as well, providing there are no more delays and we can get back in time for school to start. So we are just playing it by ear for the time being but I feel better now that I've spoke to upper management. Hopefully I'll have a good update mid June for everyone!
