My shower did the same thing after 2 trips. They sent the RV shop some corner trim pieces to strengthen all the vertical edges where there is no support behind the wall in the corners. Mine also didn't have a gray water tank roof vent. It was vented on top of the tank with a 90 degree fitting. When I got it I couldn't even put fuel in the generator tank because the line went upwards. That was also fixed under warranty. Leaking water fittings to sinks and loose water heater line that started leaking. Good thing we don't get much rain here in Cali. Where the front cap of trailer meets the top it wasn't sealed very well. Friend at the RV shop caught it on his full check over. There's even more too. Unfortunately I actually know something about how things are supposed to be so I have noticed more than most people would normally.
