I have found a couple sewer system under a slight pressure. That means the sewer system will vent via your holding tanks.
Once I noticed water coming out of the neighbors trailer. There was a major sewer problem where the sewer was backing up into trailers that had their valves open.
I was sure glad mine was closed!
