Maybe someone can enlighten me on this. All the newer RV's are being built using PEX tubing for water lines (same as in the new houses)which are rated for 160 psi. Even the older polyethylene tubing used years ago was good for at least 100 psi. I have yet to run across a water system higher than 70 psi. So why do people insist on using a PRV?
