Perhaps, but I think we do want some nicer features... comfy place inside to sit, storage cabinets for clothing, nicer bathroom, etc. Most of the car haulers I've seen are a bit too sparse when it comes to the living quarters. We just don't need stuff like dual fridges, huge flat screen TVs, fireplaces, granite counters... basically the stuff manufacturers put in to bump up the price points and/or things that are more important to people who camp half the year, or full time.
