In my research 40' 5ers with only tandem axles are pretty low on payload. 12000lbs dry with dual 7k axles is only 2000lbs of payload. When you fill up 120 gallons of water (1000 lbs) add all of your stuff and a RZR you will be over the trailers GVWR pretty quick.
