In my research 40' 5ers with only tandem axles are pretty low on payload. 12000lbs dry with dual 7k axles is only 2000lbs of payload. When you fill up 120 gallons of water (1000 lbs) add all of your stuff and a RZR you will be over the trailers GVWR pretty quick.
They're listing the payload to be around 5,000 on the Impact 351. Do you think that's grossly overstated? With the water and the RZR alone we'd be at about 2500lbs. It's just the two of us and two dogs so we don't have a lot of extra "stuff", but say 1,000lbs for that just for funzies. So we're at 3500?
According to Keystones website the Dry weight is 12,060 Lbs with a Payload of 4940lbs for a total GVWR of 17,000 lbs. This is with 2 axles rated at 7k ea (14,000 lbs total)??? I guess if you have 3000 lbs on the hitch that could work. Just watch your axle weights when fully loaded. A CAT scale can give you those numbers. It is easy to put a lot of stuff in a big trailer. Ask me how I know.:S
Here is another example. Keystone Raptor 355TS
Dry Weight 14392
Payload 2608
129 Gallons of water= 1071 lbs leaving you with just 1537 lbs of payload. Load up all of your food, clothes, hoses, chairs, pots, etc. and you would have no payload left for your RZR.
Not saying you will have this issue with the model you are looking at but just something to be aware of when you are shopping.
