Which Sewer Vent...

I am looking to replace the sewer roof cap on our 5'er, my question is which should I use... The one manufactured by Camco " Rotating Cyclone" or the "Siphon Fume Extractor" I have read up on both, but would like some "User" opinions. Thanks
  • In 9 years have never had a problem with my OEM sewer vent caps. Are you having a problem with yours? Or just want to try something different?
  • I put a 360 siphon vent on a TT 7-8yrs ago and was very happy with how well it worked. So happy that when we got our 'new to us' 5er a few years ago it was one of the first mods I did. Google 360 siphon vent.

Same here and we Full Timed.

Why do you think you need to change them?
  • Another vote for the 360 Siphon. We had the rotating vents until a tree branch bent the shaft on one. Replaced with the 360 Siphon and IMO that works better.

Simple design, low profile and they work.
  • Well I guess that more or less settles it!! I will be purchasing the siphon vent. Thanks everyone for your inputs. ...Mark
