"Whisper Quiet" or "Dual-Ducted" Air Conditioning - reviews?

OP here.

Thank you for all the great replies. It seems unanimous so far that the "Whisper Quiet" or "Dual Ducted" air conditioning systems really are quieter than the traditional style.
