I would recommend staying away from Heartland products, even some dealers are dropping them. Quality has dropped the last couple of years. I have 2013 Landmark and have used it about 4 times every time it goes out something else goes out (air conditioner,refrig,hydraulic hose, new mother board when I picked it up
So, no matter how many failures or repairs needed it's ok as long as the manufacture trys or continues to fix them? No matter how long it takes. That's why we are no longer a redwood owner.

I said Heartland shouldn't get blamed for a Dometic issue or a Lippert issue with an hydraulic hose. As long as they responded fairly with repair, they did what they agreed to do in the warranty. Now if it was something Heartland did themselves, then they get the blame.
PS - I don't care why you don't own a Redwood - it was a mutual separation I'm sure.
