The best place is a specialty hitch shop, but if you bought it through your RV deal, the RV dealer will most likely install and they are the next best.
I've traded trucks twice - and one Dealer farmed the hitch work out to a specialty hitch shop and they did fine, the next Dealer did it themselves and tried to tell me some of the bolts required by the hitch manufacturer weren't necessary. I asked them to install them anyway and they did with reluctance.

PS - Camping world is a hit and miss. Around here I wouldn't let them install a bumper sticker.
