Who installs hitch? Car or RV dealership?

I installed my own B&W Turnover Ball, and helped my brother install his. If you buy a hitch from a trailer company or hitch dealer, work a deal to have it installed as a package price. I don't think I would ever have a truck dealership install a hitch.
