Why did you go with a 5th wheel?
We are a first time RV buyer and are weighing some of the options. We started our quest for an RV thinking that we would buy a TT, but now we are open to 5th wheels, as they have been suggested to us...

We love the room that the slide-outs give us, so We don't feel that we could live in a bus or RV without slides. We are used to living in large rooms, so we are probably used to having a lot of space round us.
I guess everyone has a different need for personal space and that is why they make all types and sizes.
