Carriage RV's do hold their resale very high but some go overboard because they are willing to wait to get close to what they want for them or just keep'em. Another factor is that Carriage RV owners are usually not motivated to sell as they can't replace the quality of their Carriage RV with about any of the cheaper made corner cutting RV offerings being built today. Most are on light weight Lippert frames and that doesn't set well with a lot of knowledgeable RV'ers. Especially the full timers as their RV is their HOME!
Occasionally, a owner or RV used sales lot will get motivated to sell for one reason or another and will drop the price and usually then they sell quickly. It's all about the almighty dollar!
