Price, weight, orphan.
Our last 5er a Glendale Titanium became an orphan in 2010 and the trade in dollars in 2014 had dropped like a lead sinker. It sat on the dealer's lot for over a year.
Our last TT, a Sunline Solaris became an orphan ----- and you know the rest of that story.
The TT before - again, an orphan but was a nice starter RV for a young family and was sold at a reasonable price.
We looked at many to replace the Titanium and opted for a well known unit, a Montana, over several brands that may have been better equipped or fancier looking but may have limited resaleability in 5-7 years --- as orphans
