- LantleyNomadUltimately orphaned units become stranded because unfamiliar buyers are not willing to purchase an unsupported unit.
Owners are unwilling to bite the bullet and realize orphan units are hardered to sell. The longer the units sit the more there price erodes and the more buyers become uninterested.
I had placed an order for a Cameo days before they went under. My money was refunded. - romoreExplorer III have been eyeing one with a for sale sign but the household cfo won't let me stop. It has been there at least a year so probably the same problem, wants too much.
- Jerry_BExplorerThree years ago we looked at a beautiful carriage with a great layout and an atrium. It was on consignment and owned by some old folks that bought in florida. We offered a reasonable price but the lady said she wanted more. Well, the thing sat there for a total of four years with several leaks in the atrium slide. The thing is now trash. What a shame for a beautiful trailer.

Carriage went out of business about 18 months ago.
Anything made by successor companies may have a Cameo name on it but is not "Cameo" quality.
