Why only one bed in a fifth wheel and why sooo tall?

I see that everyone loves fifth wheels but I have some reservations about them compared to TT and Class C and A. Why is it that the majority of them only have one bed? It's huge, so why not put anoth...

we consider ours a mobile vacation home with room to occasionally take the grandkids. But mainly it is just the wife and I. Her uncle had a f'ver that had a 1/2 bath and bunks in the rear. Their current one has a toy hauler plus a loft bed above the toy hauler space. I think they come in all different aranngements just like any other rv
