Why only one bed in a fifth wheel and why sooo tall?

I see that everyone loves fifth wheels but I have some reservations about them compared to TT and Class C and A. Why is it that the majority of them only have one bed? It's huge, so why not put anoth...

Our 5th wheel will sleep 11 easy and we have 2 bathrooms. 2 in the master bd room 2 on hide a bed 2 on kitchen table,2nd bd room 2 on the bottom bed and 1 on the top bunk and 2 on the floor on air matress. and its tall with a ceiling fan which is nice in the summer. We also have a TT at the lake it is small but will sleep 8 but it is tight with the 4 of us.
