You have two points of concern. The angle between the road and the driveway, and the angle at the top of the driveway where it flattens out. You should not have a problem at the bottom. At that point, you will have maximum separation between your bed and the bottom of the FW. The real point of concern is when you're backing up and get up to the top where it levels. At this point, the sides of the bed by the tailgate and the bottom of the fifthwheel come into play. The truck tires will be on the incline, and the FW tires will be on the flat. You should be able to take some basic measurements and calculate how much space you'll need between the FW and the truck when you reach the apex of that point.
