Williams Az riding

We are in Williams... and it looks like the off-roads are either closed until mid-april or require street legal (forest roads apparently) We are not and never will be able to be street legal. Got the equipment, but Cali isn't ever going to allow such.
Suggestions? Is there anywhere around Williams we can ride?
