Sorry guys! Got back late last night, and I'm a busy momma to 4. :)
The first window basically crumbled, and it was a garage window. They just told us broken windows weren't covered, plain and simple. This time, it was an escape-type latch window in the bedroom, and they pretty much said it could've been our fault due to the latches being left open. I'm 99% sure they weren't open, but how can I prove that? Ya know? Kinda stinks. I just told my husband we'll have to make sure to bring duct tape and cardboard everywhere we go! It's funny, we've had 3 campers in the past 4 years, and we've never had a broken window at all. The windows in the Fuzion are beautiful, but I'm wondering about their design now.
To answer someone's question, yes, this is a brand new toyhauler.
