It pisses me off to see the factory not take responsibility for something that is clearly poor design/workmanship and it's not even my trailer. Don't they understand how much bad will that generates for their brand?

I'm so disappointed, as well, not only with how we've been treated (ignored) by Keystone, but now with our dealer, as well. We called them last week to see about ordering a window, so my husband could install it himself. I thought possibly they'd give us a decent deal, maybe free shipping even. Nope. They wanted $225 for the window, and $100 to ship. No, thank you. We're going to have a dealer (non-Keystone)that is closer to us order it and install.
