Windows falling out of Fuzion 404

Was it the same window as the first one? Did just the glass come out or the entire frame? Interested as we have same unit.

How in the world do they justify it not being a warranty item? That is totally insane. I'll say good luck, sounds like you're going to need it. :(

I toured one of their plants last week and when I pointed out things that were wrong their response was we know what we are doing because we sell lots of them, not even a concern to fix what was obviously wrong.

What were their reasons for denying the claim? A window falling out seems to be a pretty straight forward issue.

Is it a regular window? Or is it the emergency exit window in the bedroom? I have noticed the red handles on the window in my bedroom starting to work their way to the open position.

so much for Keystone quality and warranty.

Wow, that would be, um, a thrilling sight. Sorry that you are having such a problem, but I'm astonished that they'd deny a warranty claim for this. I think I'd be raising a major stink over it, especially with the second one falling out like that.

Did they not screw them down? How on earth are they getting loose?
