The water lines do NOT need to be taken apart to drain them.
The ice maker water valve can be turned on with a jumper wire to flush the water out until the pink RV antifreeze comes through or to blow it out with air.

to see pictures of the test points and servicing info. The third search result (for me) explains it better. Look about 90% of the way down for what test points to jump to energize the water valve.
By energizing (opening) the water valve, air (or antifreeze) can be sent through until the water lines and water valve are flushed out.
