Do not fret. Do no not put gallons of a/f into your fresh water tank You have done the right thing in switching your water heater bypass valves; draining the water heater, your fresh tank then switching your pump valve to suction from fresh water tank to antifreeze suction .
Check your pump on switch, its fuse , whatever to get it to run. then just let it pump the A /F to each faucet , shower and toilet. Do not forget the outdoor shower if you have one.
