Would love any advice

We have similar horror stories with CW, having an extended warranty with an affiliated company we have opted several times to have CW do our repair work as there is no deductible if CW does the work. We have learned that the deductible does not matter! Our sanity is worth far more. Once when DH went to pick up our 5er, the tech pulled it out with the forklift and all the wires from the rear lights were hanging out the back of the trailer. All the rear lights were stolen and they did not know it or so they said! They replaced with regular lights, not with LED lights, this is just one story, there are so many more. Most are not so funny! Mostly things just never got fixed correctly. My husband sent Marcus Limonis an email as he claimed to want to know about problems, we have never heard word one from him. Needless to say, we will never darken the doors of CW again, and as my grandmother always said,"A bought lesson is the best lesson!" I am happy for you if you have had good luck at CW!
