A "lemon" is when you take it in repeatedly for the same issue and it cannot be fixed. The OP is experiencing different "issues" that are warranty. I'd certainly be pissed off about it being left out in the rain with a roof leak for two weeks though, there could be some internal damage. Other stuff is not that unusual.
