PDI doesn't always find issues. None of my issues showed up until I had towed my RV a few thousand miles and had a few camping trips under my belt. Both my dealer and I did an EXTENSIVE PDI and I even camped at the dealer overnight to put all systems through their paces and found nothing. Sometimes things take time and miles to shake out. Even leaks might not show up right away with a proper seal test. The Dicor sealant on the roof takes a long time to cure. I had a small void open up about two months after delivery. A bubble in the Dicor became a void as it cured and contracted.
