Yea, we had a roof come up. Dealer kept it outside for near 3 weeks - made no attempt to secure it or even ask about it.I planned for this level of carelessness and paid to patch it up before bringing it in. Like you, I have covered storage.. Seems to be the typical level of "care" in the industry.
