My beef is that my SL is apparently in need of tongue reinforcement, but I am 3,000 miles from the WW repair facility. The proposed class action settlement requires all trailers to be returned to the factory, that is preposterous. I haven't had problems yet other than being disappointed with the overall quality of workmanship.
I would love to be able to have my local dealer arrange to do the fix like in a usual recall situation. I really think WW should have stepped up to the plate earlier and do a voluntary recall on the suspect units. I am sure it is less expensive to gusset and reinforce a frame than to rebuild an entire trailer after it twists and comes apart.
