FYI: I contacted the law firm handleing the class action suit in this case and spoke to Cynthia. Even though you do not own a model in this suit you are part of the class because you own a Weekend Warrior trailer. Therefore if you do not opt out you waive your rights to sue WW forever. You must opt out by Jan, 18, 2008. You can download the form at the www.TrailerSettlement.com website. I currently do not have any issues but sure don't want to loose my right if I do have a problem.
