What funds in the settlement? This case didn't close before WW went under, so there are no "funds" to be claimed. We're on our own if we have to modify. The only tool we have are the Exhibits in the settlement to use as a template should we want to reinforce our units. I have an 06 FS2300 that has the thicker tongue, and with plenty of use I have no signs of bending or twisting. If something comes up I'll deal with it but with the use its had something would have happened by now if it was a build defect.
