How I did it....using grade 8 nuts & bolts I used extended handle long nose needle nose pliers & held the bolt from the inside of the pin box while my neighbor started the nut on the outside(after applying Loctite). When all 4 were in place I was able to hold the bolt with a long box wrench while he torqued the nut on the outside. I then marked the nut/bolt with a sharpie so I can keep an eye on any movement.
I've read a few descriptions of this bolt-thru plan. I'll watch it and see how it goes. Thanks for the info on how you did it in case it comes to that.
