Just for clarification, I have lived in FL (not Clay county, but FL none the less) for almost 2 yrs now. We have traveled to check in on aging parents, but always return to FL. DH had working for Disney on his bucket list so we are FL residents spending 10 months of the year here. We intend to stay a while longer but we don’t want to buy or rent a fixed residence, so we live in a campground which is also considered a commercial address. It suits our needs for the time being. My “home” is FL even though my “house” is on wheels.
