No you don't.
We'll see - no where on that document you sent does it require a voter to be in-state to vote. And for the most part, many of the folks that use SBI can and do claim Florida as residency, legally. Although, it appears, once again, someone "Clay County" seems to feel it can circumvent it.
I personally have no dog in this fight, but own a residence (Home) in Florida as well as use SBI for mail forwarding, so do understand SBI's position and the residents as well.
Seems like every time we turn around now someone's pulling out a lawyer to fight a battle that need not be fought --- And spending $$$ for small (if any) gain.
