5th wheel skirt in

We have parked our 5th wheel in a perminate location on BC Coast. I want to skirt in inexpensively. We have 2 rear slides. Any suggestions on doing this?

  • You will have to allow some air flow no matter which method you use. If not you will have mildew or worse.
  • use straw bales.lol.
Yup, then you'll have a critter condo!!!!
  • If you don't want to attach anything then I suppose you will have to build free standing pony walls out of a combination of 2x4's etc. treated for ground contact and in sections, and brace them so they don't blow over.Cover them with plastic style hardboard similar to what some rv's use to enclose the bottom.Or some sort of hard foam panels might work.Do the redneck thing and use straw bales.lol.

I want to keep draft out from under trailer to keep warmer in winter. I do not want to attach anything to trailer (Screw, Nails etc.). I am winterized already with waterline wrapped and heat taped.
